How we look after your details

This website is run by Centra Support, which provides operational support to construction businesses across the UK. Centra Support is responsible for any personal details you share through this site. If you have any questions about this policy or your details, email megan@centrasupport.co.uk.

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• your name and business name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you choose to give it
• the services you're interested in and your message

We don't ask for, and don't want, any sensitive information through the form — please don't include it in your message.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote and talk about working together. Under UK data protection law, our reason for doing this is that you've asked us to get in touch (taking steps at your request before entering a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't send marketing emails, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website. They only handle your details on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Resend — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox by email.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law to keep your details protected.

We keep enquiries for up to two years after we were last in touch, so we have a record of our conversation if you come back to us. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we work together and as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, for tax records). After that, we delete them.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits to the site using Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally — it only tells us things like which pages are popular and what kind of device people use.

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal details we hold about you
• ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• ask us to delete your details
• object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your details

To do any of these, email megan@centrasupport.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please get in touch with us before you do.

If we change how we use your details, we'll update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
